Ohh, the world would look so much better with Jack in charge. We forbid Easter, Halloween will last a month and so will Christmas. And eating pumpkins will be considered cannibalism =P
J4CK why are you so negative? Halloween town wasn't used in the Halloween event. hence the probability of it being used later on.
I'm stating fact. It will literally not exist. There's a good chance that it will have purpose next year, but throughout the year, it will be gone.

The developers NEVER add maps without a VERY good reason besides the event. Almost every piece of the world map has been a part of the storyline.
