I couldn't read it all, but I know how important support is.
If you managed to write that much, and you're happy with it your self I'm sure it's great. Writing is hard, however good it is, so well done.

Heh, I had a chinese friend who's nickname was Penny. But he spelled it Penii.
Right up until I told him that was plural of p***s, its Pen-ay now.
