So what you think? For those who don't know who Kimimaro/Kakashi is i do a fast info.
Kaguya Kimimaro is a strong Shinobi from the Kaguya clan, he is the only survivor from the clan and was also the strongest in the clan when he was in about 7 - 10 years old. The Kaguya clans kekke genkai is to manipulate bones from their body, the bones can be used to attack and to defend. Kimimaro has completed all the 5 dances (bone techniques that he have). Kimimaro was found by Orochimaru and is a very precious person to Kimimaro, he would do anything for him.
Hatake Kakashi also known as "The Copy Ninja". He is the only one outside the Uchiha clan that have sharingan and also one of the strongest Jounin's in Konoha. Kakashi has also been a member of ANBU. Kakashi can also as Uchiha Itachi use the Mangekyou Sharingan, just because his best friend, Uchiha Obito, got killed in mission. Kakashi got his sharingan from Obito, they were on a mission and Obito got killed by a big rock (what i've heard) and Obito wanted Kakashi to have his eye, the girl in the team cut out the eye from Obito and put it into Kakashi.

My vote goes for ...... Kakashi. Because of his Mangekyou Sharingan. Not even bones can protect from that.

My vote is for Kimimaro. Simply because, Kakashi can use his mangekyou 3 times in a day i believe before he is exhausted. Well, he says it himself that it is extremely hard to aim properly. And Kimimaro moves fast enough that Kakashi will never be able to pull off an accurate shot.
