Bounding around in little spurts, the orange pelted pup darted around trees, and slunk into a small badger hole. Pulling himself out, he wagged his tail and panted a bit. Wow, some antics could really tire you out! As he had grown, Wazaam had taken more of a playful side.. He assumed it was Twist's nurturing that brought him so far. Casting emerald orbs back to the area of which he was running, he could smell the salt of the ocean on his nose. He wasnt anywhere close, that must have easily meant that he too smelled of Salt.
Casting an eye back onto himself, he stuck out his tongue, giving one good clean lick of his pelt with his tongue. Instantly he pulled his tongue away. He didnt taste bad.. But it had been forever since he had done his duty of traveling into the waters to clean up.. He was musky tasting.
Ew.
Okay, so with Twist's wisdom and care, came uncaring. He had become more of a rebel with Twist than anything. It had been bad, but fortunately, he had been able to get through. His father and mother lived here, as did his family.. But he was close to none of them moreso than Twist. Unless you counted Adolpho, his much loved brother.

--- Nose twitching softly at the strange scents, the oddly-colored femme just knew this was a bad idea. To come this far in pursuit of a deer? Preposterous. Yet, she did. And no she was behind enemy lines, hell knows how far from her own little patch of terra, and trying to find her shy and jumpy meal. Ears swiveled around like small radars, the femme tip-toeing through the brush, trying to stay undetected by any who owned this land. There was surely someone, for less than a half hour back she'd passed the scent markers.
--- Necralas lifted her head as with the wind there was the smell of something, and hoping it was prey, she seized it. But it wasn't prey, it was something different, something odd that she'd never scented before. Salt. She wrinkled her nose at the faint, sharp smell. What on earth was that?

Wazaam bounded in circles until his face collided with the pale green wolf's leg. Stepping back, and shaking his head to rid himself of the headache he could obtain, he looked up.
He had never seen this Femme before, and he was most definately sure by the smell of her, that she was not in his pack. Twist would be displeased.
His orange hackles rose only slightly, while his emerald orbs narrowed. He was doing his best to appear indimidating. Which, coming from an almost teenaged pup, it could indeed appear threatening, or comical.
"Who are you, And what are your reasons for being in Twist's lands?"

--- The femme watched as the small pup raced through the brush, watching with a mixture of amusement and slight surprise as it ran smack dab into her leg. Taking a step back to give the young thing (obviously not that young though, it reached up to the top of the small femme's leg), Necrala settled back onto her haunches. A thing that small couldn't hurt her.
--- Raising an eyebrow at his demands and attempted intimidation posture, the corpse-colored she-wolf clucked her tongue. "Didn't your mother ever teach you to respect your elders?" She inquired sharply. First words out of her mouth in this terra, and she was insulting someone's mother. Wasn't she a barrel of fun.

Wazaam shot the newcomer a look, and growled a little. He wasnt in the mood for a fight, but no one was to insult his mother. Kattana wasnt the most liked she-wolf in his opinion, but no one would insult her parenting skills but himself.
"I see no elder. You are no elder in other wolves lands, and your mother should have taught you that as well."
He wasnt really trying to be rude. He wasnt in the best of moods, and it was showing. He really wasnt this snide all the time. He almost felt bad for the Corpse'd wolfess.
His face softened, and he looked back up at her.

--- "I'm older than you are, pup. That surely accounts for something." The femme replied calmly, hiding her irritation and slight hurt from the wolf's ignorant statement.
--- "My name is Necrala, and I'm here seeking game I chased across the border." She replied, her tone softer. He was just a pup after all.

Wazaam sobered up a bit, trying to be kinder to the femme in front of him. She looked hurt by his words, and he scolded himself inside for doing so. He hadn't turned into a monster, and he should show everyone a little respect anyway.. Even if it wasnt shown to him.
"Im sorry. I didnt mean to.. Bah. Im not good with new wolves."
He looked at her apologetically. He couldnt help that he had been raised the way he had been. Protect the pack was all his mind voiced everday.

--- Faking a believable smile, the corpse-furred wolf shook her head accordingly. "It's fine, pup." Necrala replied, lying through her teeth. Stupid pup. Pups knew nothing, especially not how to respect older wolves. He should be sorry. Yet, she shouldn't be too harsh on him, he was still only a wee thing.
--- But something else came over her thoughts, the name the pup had mentioned earlier. "Who is this Twist?" The femme inquired stiffly.
