Im wondering how this bass is for other people. it was my first bass. i like it. mines apart because im painting it, but im putting all the stock pickups and pots back in. and YES i know painting it is gonna kill the tone a little. thats why im being careful with the paints im using. but back to the topic. What do other bassists think of them?

Personally i dont like Ibanez Basses
i learnt on a Monterey, and that was really good
and my bass teacher would express how much he liked it
and would swap basses for lessons occaisionally so i got to play an american fender P

I absolutely adore Ibanez bases. I have a GSR200, and I'm after getting an EDB600. biggrin
