in the sticky it says durning oral it isn't good to use candy due to possible yeasty problems but I'd like to know if sugar free candy is okay?
also my friend brenda has genital warts or think she does, do you think a doctor would lie just to make money off patients by not showing test results but only saying to the person what they have?, or do doctors sometimes mess up and mix up test results?. should my friend get a second opinion?

Whether or not sugar-free candy is safe, I am not sure. It would probably be best to ask an ob-gyn about it.
It's possible that a doctor would lie, but it's not all that likely. Why tell someone they have genital warts if they don't? The doctor really has nothing to gain by telling people that. In fact, they could potentially lose a lot. If a doctor was found lying to patients like that, they could lose their job. So that would be a pretty stupid and risky thing for a doctor to do. Doctors are human, however. So sometimes they are wrong. If Brenda wants a second opinion, she is free to get one.
