I say the mods will all weild one of the mighty Banhammers of doom. They will larger than the mod themself and made of a shiny red material. Upon contact with anything that object, or person, will be instantly obliterated. In their place will be a small sign saying "Owned!"

Gino = Rapier, Gambino = Sword or Gun, VO = Whip, Moira = Dagger or similar, Ian = wow, a bat I guess, Edmund = Rapier or gun, Leon we already know, Sasha = Pacifist :p, Agatha = Staff, Rina = Pacifist or Staff, Logan = Axe (Or Great), Ruby = Bow + Arrow or Pacifist, Vanessa = Something stabbity :p, Liam = Fists, Becky = Cards/dice/gambling style.
That's all I can think of minus Ruby's brother, Ian's cat and other NPC's like that.

Hmmmm....... Well, this is what I think they would have.
Gino: English Sword Rapier
Jack: Shadow Punches
Santa: Guns and his fists
Ian: sword
Labtach X: Punches
I'm sure there others, but I can't think of them right now. sweatdrop

Edmund would definetly have totaly bad-a secret agent weapons. Like a really powerfull, but small, handgun. A silenced machine gun. And a... black jack.
I doubt Ian would have any weapon, maby a whack-a-noodle.
I think little peyo would have a squeky hammer of massive pwnage.
Those are the only ones I can see at the moment.
