the more tails a demon has, the more Chakra it has.
list of all revealed in order of power (least to greatest):
1. Shukaku
2. Niubi (two tailed fire cat)
3. (three tailed turtle)
4. (four tailed)
5. Kyuubi (nine tailed fox)
I even know which Akatsuki member grabs which demon cool
