So, yesterday morning, I ran the car up a curb.

Don't worry, I'm okay. The wondermobile is not. I now have to wonder why I ran the car up a curb.

I can explain, but it's still so dumb. I was running late to work, and I was speeding. I realized I was going to miss the turn and have to make another circle around Route 1, so in my panic, I tried to skid into the parking lot. Fail. Ended up with my front wheel buried in a curb island. I called Triple A and got towed... and then went to work for 7 1/2 hours. I was only crying for the first couple hours, so I managed pretty well. A cop gave me a ticket for careless driving, and my car won't be better for a few days. Some friends picked me up so I wouldn't be stranded on Route 1.

After that, my back and feet were hurting, and I couldn't sleep due to my obsessions on the crash. Hell, I was having Vietnam flashbacks when I heard a screeching noise from a demo toy.

I fell asleep around 2, ready to get up at 8:20 and get to class.

4:45, alarm goes off. Fire alarm. I stumble out of the building in my PJ pants, T-shirt, jacket, shoes (no socks), barely remembering to grab my keys and forgetting my glasses. We sit on the grass until 5:30am in 30 degree weather while they go through all of our rooms. I get back to my room, my stuff has been moved around. >_<

I wake up at 8:20. I set the alarm to give me ten more minutes and utilize them. Since my window has been open all night, my room temperature is approximately 35 degrees, colder than my refrigerator. I shower, get breakfast, go to class, and I can't even keep my eyes open. Today's lesson looked so interesting, and I missed so much! I feel awful.

The only good news is that I got an 83 on my Art History midterm. ._.'

Dammit. Stupid fire alarm. Stupid car. Suck....

That sucks. I don't want to get people into my personal problems, but Friday was the worst day I ever had, possibly in my entire life. Ooooh man.

But school-wise, I've supposedly been eating wrong/not enough, so I've become anemic and am sleeping all the time. I slept through two classes. This one class, Critical Discourse, we had homework I didn't get because I wasn't there that week, and homework I couldn't turn in because I wasn't there that week. Keep in mind, this particular teacher doesn't accept late work under any circumstances.

So this week I somehow managed to get to school even though I only had 3 hours of sleep that night, and went through class. I got the homework assignment froma friend in the class and was going to do it whil he was lecturing, only to find out that... I had bought the wrong book for the course, and all the assignments were different in it.

Moments after this horrible feeling of I'm going to fail the class, the fire alarm in the school goes off. Everyone is really calm. Yay.

Well I meet the teacher while waiting outside during the fire alarm, and tell him my "ohshit I got the wrong book". I dunno why I bothered, because I knew I was going to get a zero anyway.

Well, he flips through it. It turns out my book is a newer edition of his, and I don't know what I was reading but the assignments ARE the same. The page numbers are just messed up.

So that was today... Blegh at school.

Just saying I know where you're coming from, kinda.

Yikes, papers. I have to write a five page page essay on some stupid s**t two weeks from now, but he's not going ot expalin how to write it until next week. So I have 7 days kinda to write a five page paper. Yeah right. :/

But that's good about the car. =)

Yay! For getting the car back! n_n

And if it makes either you or Q feel any better... I've a Differential Equations test this next week... and there's a lot of stuff that I've to remember... x_o

When things you have to remember involves "For a higher-order linear nonhomogeneous equation..." ._.( )



But for your car, what all was wrong with it? Just the wheel/rim, or was there suspension/steering damage done? o_o

Hooboy... that sucks... axle =/= cheap Uhm, does your insurance cover it? It'll really suck if that has to come out-of-pocket... ._.

xd I dont even flinch when my car gets hit/I hit smeone. I dunno if thats something I should brag about though...5ish accidents in 4 years, and 3 totaled cars. Thank God for insurance.

I dont have problems with papers either. I pull all nighters the day they're due and finish them like 10 min before class starts. I can do a 15 page paper in 1 night and not do any research or even read the assigned reading ahead of time. I have skills cool Granted I did fail out of ollege...but I did get all As and Bs the first 3 semesters.
