Mmm so, I just finished my daily tea. It's become a habit. ^^; I tried a new flavor too.

I was sitting outside, (and it gets very cold outside even during the summer) with my cup of hot black cherry tea watching the bright moon and stars. It was absolutely wonderful. I actually let out a content sigh.

Anyone else have late-night tea times with themselves to watch the sky?

I love iced tea, though I must say I don't drink regular tea very often unless its sweet like berry teas, or camomile, or green tea.

Weirdest tea ever:

My boyfriend and I couldnt decide on which tea to have so we put a cinnamon christmas teabag in with a black current tea bag. It wasnt very good. sweatdrop

But Black Current tea from Tetley's is probally my favorite fruit flavoured tea.
Its really good to add just a little bit of vanilla extract to Earl Grey tea. Very yummy, and a littel different from the normal.

Tea is a great drink. Green tea, black tea, ice tea, and peper mint are my favorites. Yet there are so many more that I drink.

I've found a recipe for the Tapioca Bubble-tea drinks for those of which were interested in it. I have not yet tried it myself going down after I post this to the local shop to get ingredients:

Cooking the Tapioca Pearls: You can get Raw or pre-cooked tapioca pearls in a local shop or market. It most likely will be in the baking goods section

You need:
1 part Tapioca pearls
4 parts(or more) water

First boil the water. You add the pearls to the boiling water and boil for them 30 minutes. Stir them occasionally to make sure the pearls are not sticking to each other or to the pot. Next turn off heat and let the pearls steep in the water for another 30 minutes with the lid of the cooking pot on.

Next drain the tapioca pearls and rinse them with cold water to cool them down.
Place them in sugar syrup (which is a sugar and water solution). Make sure that the pearls are covered. Finally stir the pearls well.

The pearls are now ready to enjoy.

Note: To prevent the pearls from sticking to each other and to the pot, there must be enough water and the pearls must be stirred.

To Prepare the Bubble-Tea:

Ingredients:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the following:
2. 1 scoop flavour powder
3. 1 scoop powdered dairy creamer
4. 1 scoop sugar syrup
5. 3/4 cup tea, cold

6. 1 cup ice
7. Shake everything up until the powders are dissolved and well blended.
8. Pour in a glass over the cooked tapioca pearls.

Tips:
You can adjust the amounts to suit your own tastes.
Can also be made hot, without the ice.

: It's easy to make but is somewhat difficult to make in the home because of the need of ingredients.

I didnt grow up on tea, but I do enjoy it.
I dont drink it often, when I do, i go on a kick for it for another good week. whee

As for ice tea, I once tried making my own with loose leaf green tea. xd
It was when I got my tea pot, and had fun boiling stuff.
I tried putting the leaves inside the water and boil it, but it got clogged in the spout. So then I tried the coffee pot, and That worked.. Then I made a gallon of green ice tea. @_@
My mom was mad, she said It looked nasty, since it still had little strands of leaves floating in it. But it was yummy, since I put a good 3 pounds of sugar and honey in it. o_o

also, If anyone has ever been to Chicago, go to the water tower mall. They have this cool tea place called Teavana, and its sooo cool. @_@
They have a bunch of cute and interesting looking tea pots and tea sets. Then You can buy tea, to take home, or you can drink some there. It's very over whelming, since the people are so friendly, and they let you sniff the teas and try them out. It's really cool. They have a lot of interesting teas to try. I had Pina Colada Bubble tea, and it was really really yummy. :3.

I adore iced tea heart . It's so sugary and sweet; I drink it nearly every day. Regular tea, though, I'm not quite so fond of as I prefer cold drinks to hot ones. The types I've tried over the years are very limited, as my family isn't the tea type at all :3 I've only had green tea, which I didn't like at all, and chai tea, which was quite good.
