My understanding is that it is a new kind of Sharingan...the pupil variation is different...it'll be explained later I'm sure ^.^

i think the mangaku sharingan is like a more upgraded version of the original sharingan...so i dont see the point of killing again...u probably just have to train really hard to master the mangaku sharingan
