Perhaps, but I smell weird stuff all the time. It's just usually at school.
Like every couple weeks I'll smell my ex-boyfriend, but I know he hasn't been there in months.

Perhaps, it's just memories and these smells are somewhat associated with these memories.

Yeah, and I have a really good memory of smells, a weird/good/bad smell can help me remember things years later, when I usually hardly remember most things an hour later.

My memory seems to remember every single bad thing I've ever done and play them at night while I sleep. It really irritates me and makes for so many sleepless nights.

I have very little memory, and for things that concern me or my family life, I pretty much only remember the bad things I've done.
For the most part though, I live in the moment, and I have a lot of memories, they just only occur to me if something similar happens or is discussed.
