Hello everyone. I'm new to this guild and glad to be here. I am going through my first pregnancy, and wondering if anyone else is going through the same or is a new mother? I'd like to talk and ask questions, so if anyone feels up to talking to me and maybe giving me some advice or experiences they've had, I'd really appreciate it. Otherwise I created this thread as a place to talk about the ups and downs of parenthood as well as other things besides. So, feel free to talk it up. 4laugh
Me and KC are expecting our first too. I haven't been on here for awhile tho. I'm almost done with the first trimester. I have mixed emotions too. The other day I had an ultrasound and got some pics of the baby. Also heard baby's heartbeat! I'm in the same boat with ya.

My oldest is 19 months and my youngest is 6 months, so I became a first time mom FAST to two..My second came really early at 29 weeks and my first came 6 weeks early, so both preemies.Congrats smile ..I love being a mommy, but I will admit there are some days I want to pull out my hair..Especially if they are both sick or both fussy.., which happens a lot..The are BOTH something at the same time, but I would never ever trade being a mommy for anything, even sleep..Oh sleep, lovely sleep..

Ember Starscream are u having a boy or girl...or do u know yet? Neko and I had the world's most beautiful baby girl (pics posted in other thread). I'm just sad that I'm missing so much of it right now, but I'm doing good things and wouldn't take any of it back.

When a baby is born, a mom is born too at the same time.

It's exhausting being a mom 24/7. Kids definitely wear parents out probably more then they wear themselves out heh. Dunno.
