Clark is from another galaxy -- the closest galaxy to Earth is Canis Major, 25,000 light years away.

Apparently Lara visited Earth via portal.


But Clark and Kara got there via space ship.


So, Clark would have arrived on Earth 25,000 years after Lara's visit. But she's going to visit the Kents from what I hear -- and, hey, Jor-El met Jonathan's father back in the day.

This kind of stuff wakes me up in cold sweats, not gonna lie.

The Star Trek physics is what causes the cold sweats.

I don't mind if SV breaks the laws of physics. But I wish it would do it consistently. If their spaceships can (ugh...) accelerate to c then they don't need a ******** portal. The portal just raises questions like WHY BOTHER WITH A SPACESHIP.

But if their spaceships can't accelerate to c and got to Earth faster via wormhole through "folded" space (you know, like the portal), but they can fold space to bring Krypton and Earth closely enough to just walk to... once again, why bother with a spaceship?

Whatever.

It's stupid.
