I'm so use to using the older proofers where you add the water to a bucket and set it into the little slot beneath the box and plug it in. But for the life of me I can not work the new ones where you don't need to add water, you just have to turn it on and set two dials.
Does anyone here have any idea of how to work them? The one I work with didn't come with any instructions so I'm lost.
