This is not a proper debate forum topic and it is really frowned upon to question the decisions of the crew members.
If you have an issue with a crew member's action, please ask them about it privately or talk to a VC.
EDIT: I'm sorry, I misread some of that...I think you were wanting to debate which kinds of topics you think should be locked.
However, this thread will remained locked because, one, it is still not in the proper form for a debate and isn't very clear on what you're asking and, two, this really isn't debatable.
The guild has rules set already.
The threads that break the rules are the ones that will be locked.
