I'm not sure what you mean by 'where', but I shall give my best advice!
I think you'd look really pretty with some wild colored streaks. Like a pretty red, green, blue, or purple; blue probably would be best. I'd suggest a midtone; not an electric color or a jewel tone, but something rich and pretty in the middle of the road. :3 Streaks like highlights would look pretty, and so would dying the tips.

 You got so much love in you I'm really thinking like a really hard red. But just streaks, and not too close to the front of your face. You look like the songs that I've heard my whole life coming true.

I think you should dye all of it a dark burgundy. <3
If all else fails, go with pink, blue and purple. Pastel, though.

Well it depends.
If you want to dye all of it,
I'd suggest a dark reddish-brown.
If it's just streaks, I'd go for what
Neggy said, but in red.
It it's just the ends, my advice
would be a fading copper-ish color.

I agree with The Skingdig &f auney, punky colours should look goos too, hot pink and bright blue : )

I'd suggest a dark brown.
If it's just streaks, I'd go for what light red.

keep your hair blonde and try adding dark highlights ( such as brown red dark purple) avoid coloring your bangs unless you want to look pale.

Why not get a temporary dye? Then, if you don't like it, just wash it out!

If you want to shock then something from Manic Panic. I love their dyes :3 I can't wait for my hair to grow a bit longer and the I'll dye it pink again like it used to be when I had dreadlocks 4laugh
