Jenette cuddled Venna, her heart hammering as she hoped Nanook would be ok. Nurse Joy could fix everything! Sighing softly she tried to calm her nerves. "It'll be alright Venna..." She said more to herself then the fox pokemon.
Venna got up, turned around in her lap then laid back down, hoping to ease her trainer's nerves as well. Venna wasn't doing to well either. Nanook was her closest friend.

Luna walked in quietly and up to the nurse counter. Nurse Joy was surprised she didn't hear another loud outburst from the girl like she usually made after a battle. "Could you heal Pidgeotto up for me?" Luna asked.
"Of course." Nurse Joy answered, giving Luna a smile. "I'll have him fixed up as soon as possible!" Nurse Joy decided to leave the girl alone about the matter.
Luna noticed Janette in one of the waiting seats. She plopped down right next to her. "Hello JanJan!" She said half teasingly and half somberly. "Is Nanook in the operation room right now?"

"Hey Lunar!" She said with a weak smile but a good mood. "Yeah, his eye got it pretty bad if ya don't remember." She said with a laugh and snuggled Venna again. "How is your Pidgeotto? Poor thing probably had all its feathers burnt."
Soon the light went out in the opporation room and the doors swung open. Nurse joy came out pushing a small cart, Nanook comfortablly asleep on it, his left eye with several stiches in it.
Setting Venna on the cart, Jenette smiled and pet the ninetales. "Such a boy..." She said witha soft smile as a couple of his tailes thumped lightly.

"He'll live, and now he'll actually do something productive instead of preen all day!" Luna joked and smiled while watching Janette pet Nanook.
"Glad he's okay." She added.

"Silly Pidgeotto!" She said with a grin. "I don't think anything can take this bugger down, huh Nookie!" She said as she scratched him behind the ears and got a happy grumble in return.
