You can get Tom Nook's, K.K.'s, Pascal's, Pelly's and Phyliss's pic. No other special character. PM me if you want to know how to get them.
You CAN'T get...Sable, Mable, Tortimer, Brewster, Saharah, Wendell, Booker, Copper, Blathers, Celtese, Resetti, or Pete's picture. Sorry.
Section 2: Things That Happen To Villagers
A lazy male can ask you if you framed their picture they gave you even if they haven't given you their pic. This means that your character can't get their picture. However, another human character can.
Villagers move upon random, or when a new person ha just settled in and gotten used to the neighborhood.
Section 3: Things That Happen to YOU. Yeah, YOU.
You can't get struck by lightning.
You can't die.
You can get stung/bit by things.
