Zeki laid there in the shade upon his back, paws clasped together over his chest. The dancing lights were always a distraction when it came to waiting, waiting for the herds to move close to hunt. His eyes seemed dazed as if sleepy, a purr emitting from within. Things have changed so much since his father had left him in the care of Uncle Ezeoha. His aspect of life had changed a lot. Most of his previous Code was faded as if time had curroded it's text that was inscribed into his heart. Now he knows how to treat females with respect and still get something he desired. He learned so much about love. The more he spent time alone, the more he seemed to think about Sen, that foolish girl who just wanted to fly. But Most importantly was the adventurous princess Safuma. How he wanted to go see her, perhaps eventually he will. After all, she was only at Pride Rock and that was just a while's walk.
But today, it was his turn to hunt some. Perhaps, he could catch more than enough for himself and maybe one other. It was about time he contributed to hunting for the family than just himself.
With a swift jerk, he sat upright and up onto his feet. Stretching, he looked around. Still no herd, but that would not stop him, he'll have to go to them. As he walked down the hill and into the savanna, all could see how well kept he was. His fur was clean to the point that sun could glance over it with a shine. His eyes were soulful and vibrant that it was hard to avoid seeing them. His body was slightly built, in the process of growing to much like his father. At the rate he was going, possible even bigger, stronger. His life showed a lot of promise if he lived it right.

The adult male with the golden mane was sitting down in the open grasses of the pride lands, a fresh new scar rested upon his cheek. Two of them actually- he had just gotten into a small tiff with a female friend of his, and then they made up. Well, it was more like she had attacked him, but he wasn’t mad about it. He couldn’t ever see himself mad at her.
His soft green eyes narrowed as he gazed out at the lands, a soft sigh passing his muzzle. This would be his last day here, he was going to leave in the morning, to go find his family again. He was hoping that jura would join him, but he wasn’t going to keep his hopes up.
Munich stood and yawned, slowly trotting up a hill. When he got to the top he stopped and gazed at a passing male, calling out in a friendly tone.
“Hey.”

Zeki paused and looked back. His eyes were greeted with a rather older male, but one that seemed to be more friendly than the last he had met. He smiled and stopped. A pause to talk never hurt anyone. Zeki smiled brightly and dipped his head as a form of greeting.
"Hello there, stranger. I don't believe I have seen you before, are you new here?"
He spoke, true and to the point. He always liked meeting the rogues that came and went from the Pride Lands. They had stories most of those here would never have. They travelled from place to place, moving all around having adventures. Something he would like to do some day when he could, but he was bound here for the time being.
"The name's Ezekiel, Zeki for short. I'm a Pride Lander here if you could not tell."

“I’m just passing through, here to see a friend, really.”
Munich’s eyes narrowed upon the other male as he took in his look and voice, he seemed well so far, he’d give him a shot.
“I couldn’t tell that you were from around here, everyone seems very different to me, color wise.”
It was true, he didn’t know that prides had certain fur colors that were common amongst them, He had always been traveling, all of his life.
“My name is Munich, I am the son to Aleu and Tamui.”

He chuckled.
"Well, I cannot hold it against you, you must be new here then," he called back. He found the male rather... decent. He was not mean or disrespectful, actually it was too hard to tell if he was anything at all. Zeki took a few bold steps closer to the male.
"So you are seeking a friend? Well, I should keep ya, might keep him...." he smirked. "or her, waiting for you now should I?"
Zeki dipped his head in respect.
"The name's Ezekiel, son of Trina and Ger, call me Zeki."

“Hah, you have already spoken your name, no need to repeat yourself.”
He chuckled and eyed the younger male. His ruffled mane curled along his chest as he sighed and spoke.
“Her.”
He said kindly.
“I’m looking for her. She is my best friend, I wanted to say goodbye to her before I left.”

Well, that was embarassing... he simply chuckled a little to try to shrug it off. Perhaps he wasn't as great with males as he was females. However, he seemed nice enough and thus he should be treated the same. Only right.
"A her? Well, that is certainly someone you shouldn't keep waiting. If I could be of any help, I would be glad to," he offered his paw in aiding the male. To say good bye to a best friend before leaving. As sad as it was, at least he was thinking about her.
"Does she live in here in the Pride Lands? A member?"

"She does."
He nodded and sat back, sighing. This was going to be harder than he thought, he never knew looking for her would be such... a pain. As much as he hated to say it, it was starting to become that; a pain. He turned and looked away.
