Eccentric Iconoclast Vice Captain

Many of you know that I've got a bit of a disdain for manga and anime. Well, I've encountered one that is threatening to kill that; Death Note. It's ******** incredible; the art is a long shot better than other manga, the characterisation is wonderful and the plot is incredibly intricate. I love it.
Of course, I still think that 99% of manga and anime is crap. But this one is incredible.

The ones I watch I read I do just because they're funny. Death Note is one I've been meaning to look up and now you've made me want to right now, but dammit, I'm not supposed to be on...

Death Note's good. I didn't read it, but I watched quite a few episodes. I stopped though, because it takes a lot of concentration to watch, especially on my screen, which is really dark. I can't even read the instructions on the Death Note properly.
My brother actually has a Death Note T-shirt, Plushie of L and a Chinese Death Note replica thingy.

I think everyone knows how I feel about Anime and Manga, but Death Note was actually pretty ********' good, I hate to admit. It can be forgiven for being an anime, based on the fact that the plot totally kicks a**. It would be an eccelent book. (Not manga book, like an actual novel.)

I hadn't read the manga yet, but I watched the anime and I liked it a lot! =)
Story is really good, and the character's design is nice. And of course the soundtrack is quite cool too!
