Ok people lets get right down to it at this point I am the doctor here I need all the medical staff to report to my office now so I know who is what so please do not take your time because you waste mine and I do not know about you but wasting my time makes me madder than a wet cat in a dog pen.
so with that said let me introduce my self here My name is Belle Fox but just call me Bella
I am the chief doctor I have more years in the field of medicine than I would like to admit to
I require all incident reports be filled out so I or you can do a follow up on the person I do not want to be playing guessing games if the person should need more help witht the same problem Am I Understood I will include it here as a blank also you will find a application to be filled out and posted here so I know who you are and any training you have or want I will post one like Erics here as well as fill it out fill one out too so you know more about me

INCIDENT REPORT
WHAT HAPPENED----- leg wound and sprained ankle
WHO IT HAPPENED TO---- Miss Winter
HOW IT HAPPENED----- training with Firebird for the ankle and the cut was caused by glass from a fallen cupboard falling on her
TREATMENT YOU USED TO FIX THE PROBLEM----- cleaned and mended the cut and splinted the ankle prescribed Firebird to asking some one to watch and help her and pain medicine as needed
ANY OTHER COMMENTS ON THE CASE---- follow up in a week

WHAT HAPPENED----- unknown how but was found on the tavern floor in a pool of blood
WHO IT HAPPENED TO---- cj
HOW IT HAPPENED----- unable to find out
TREATMENT YOU USED TO FIX THE PROBLEM----- cleaned and healed the many wounds
ANY OTHER COMMENTS ON THE CASE---- follow up recomened to find out at least what happened

The Note: To whom it may concern,
thank you for healing me and saving my life. I thought you might need to know how i came by the wounds. I had gone for a walk into the forest and i heard a woman scream, i took of in the direction of the scream and i saw a woman running,she looked scared so i ran after her calling out what was wrong and she told me about the 'monster' following her, i turned and saw a creature and he fought me. I tried to protect her from him but he distracted me with clones of himself, while he went and killed her, he was a vampire, he let me go because i was injured. Ok so i would like to extend my thanks to you and i hope this money will cover my expenses.
