Did anyone nottice that villains are only created by the heros 80 percnt of the time. Yah there are the stupid bank robbers and what not, but when it comes to it, super villains oare either created or started because of the super hero. So are the super heros really helping any?

What do you mean created? You mean like the Joker, but if you look closely at his beginning, he was already in the middle of a robbery when it happen. So it is so much that the Hero created or that the villain was born in front of the Hero's eyes.

Half the villians out there created themselves in way because they were originally more human like. Most of them were created in fights with the hero's and fell into something, got shocked by something and things just happened in a sequence of events to cause them to turn out like that.
