How do you get all the different fruit in the game because I still only have pears, and i think that's kind of lame I'm tired of pears.

Here are the fruits you can get:
-pears
-apples
-oranges
-cherries
-coconuts
If you have Wi-Fi, or a close friend who has AC, you can connect with them, take the fruit off their trees and plant them in your own town.
To make the trees grow FOR SURE, cut down an already living tree, dig up the stump BUT DON'T FILL IN THE HOLE. Bury your fruit there and it should grow!
If you don't have Wi-Fi or a friend like that, send your neighbours messages and attach fruit as a present. Sometimes they'll send fruit back!
Coconuts wash up on the beach every now and then. THEY CAN ONLY BE PLANTED ON THE GRASS NEAR THE BEACH!

You can get peaches too. I have oh so many peaches.

I basically make my living off fruit. It's a really good way to make bells. If you plant like twenty different fruit trees, you can really get a lot of bells. 500 bells for each fruit other than your town's fruit. It really adds up after a while.

I can make 100k bells in fruit if i pick all the trees. My home town fruit are oranges but i got apples from a friend and replaced a good portion with them and then my "mom" sent me a pear so i replaced about half of the trees with them x.x i think it ends up being like 102k bells but it takes about an hour to pick them all

I got a bottled note from a stranger wanting apples. I sent one to them and I got a peach back. :3 It doesn't always work though.
