Couldn't find a thread for this, so I hope it's no big deal should I start one up. Been hearing about Harvest Moon Online ( http://pc.ign.com/objects/780/780073.html ) for a while now, but there hasn't been much news. Anyone else more than a little curious?

Annoyingly enough, a recent article I read (which I'm having trouble finding again,) had the series director saying the 'online' portion was only going to be up to four players entering your town and helping with chores. A platform hasn't been announced yet, to the best of my knowledge. Disappointment much? But we'll see what happens as new developments arise.

Oh, gawd... I really hope this doesn't turn out like Animal Crossing Wild World. x_x

It'd be kind of nice if it were an MMORPG, and it was like Rune Factory.

Then again, I keep having second thoughts. D:

As long as we didn't have to download anything, I'd be fine with it online. But I'm not allowed to download anything so it would suck if I couldn't play because of downloading.

I think the idea could work. I always thought of HM going online someday.
