Customs Rules
- ALL Customs Payment Trades must go to Savah Arda!
- Label your trades like this:
"Colorist Name : Package? : Growing or Perma? : p# of order"
- If you wish to tip your colorist, please send them a trade directly. Do not include it with your custom price!
- Perma stage customs can be -any- stage you want. So if you'd rather have a perma-baby custom, then that is fine.
- Colorists have the right to refuse any order they do not want to take.
- Colorists have the right to reject to "adjust" or "fix" your custom more than 2 times, so be clear in how you want it to look. It will be at their discretion whether they want to fiddle with it more.
- GOOD reference photos should be at -least- 500x500, unless you absolutely cannot find one that large.
- If you have a specific color in mind, it is easier on us colorists to use HEX Codes. Refer to www.draac.com/colorconvert.html and www.draac.com/colorchart.html for more information.
- Absolutely NO reserving slots!! Not by customer -OR- colorist.
- Colorists can opt to RAFFLE slots to MAXIMIZE availability to customers but not reserve, which would minimize who can get one.
- You can only order a custom slot from -any- colorist once every 48 hours while customs are open. So if you place an order to get a slot from Alisha, you must wait 48 hours before you can get another slot from Alisha -OR- any other colorist. (Does not apply to bribes or RL slots.)
- You may only have a max of TWO custom slots at any given time. You must wait for one of yours to be finished before ordering another. (this includes bribes)
- If you order 1 pet and 1 familiar that will be companions to one another, then your order will count as 1 slot. If you're wanting the familiar to be a companion to a different Taestysia that you already own, then it will count as a new slot.
- I will not condone design theft, so be sure to be ready to provide proof that you're allowed to use a unique design as a custom, otherwise your order will be rejected. (I have and will continue to personally make sure each person thinks through this!)
- Starting August 1st 2008, you will no longer be able to commission or bribe for a custom of an opposite sex pet of someone else's pet without that person's express permission! So if a female lemur was sold at any other time, you will need to ask permission of the owner of the female lemur in order to get a matching male lemur as a custom. The only time this does not apply is if the colors and markings are so different that they would not even be considered similar. An example of an acceptable male/female is here:

- In addition to the above, any pet that has previously been up for auction will -NOT- be allowed to have a matching opposite gender be commissioned for a custom unless the original colorist and the owner of the auction pet agree to let it be done.
- Permission must be in the form of a PM to the mule, Savah Arda, indicating the owner gives expressed permission for a reproduction of their pet. (So if you want a lookalike, ask them to PM the mule with their permission or denial of the request! Original owners do not need to take it upon themself to reply, they can just let us know their decision and we'll take care of it.)
- CUSTOM COSPLAY NOTE: If your cosplay is already reserved for a future shop event, it may be cancelled! You may re-order a different package or custom, but if we have an event planned then you cannot order the custom and will have to wait to get it through the event. Sorry!
Bribe Rules (Starts August 1st 200 cool
- Bribes must be at LEAST 1.5x the normal price of the custom. Colorists may choose to require more than this, but can not accept less.
- Full-time colorists will only be allowed 2 bribe slots per month, part-time colorists get 1 slot per month.
- Colorists may only reopen bribe slots after the new month has started and if they have finished all work for previously claimed slots.
- PM the colorist to make sure they'll accept the bribe you're offering, then post the order into their custom thread. Be sure to send the trade to the MULE right away with an appropriate subject header.
- You may only order 1 bribe at a time, in order to get another slot, you will need to wait until that 1 bribe is completed.
- All other rules apply as appropriate.
- When you place a Bribe Order, please PM the main mule to let us know a bribe order was accepted and confirm by the colorist. We want to review all custom orders to be sure they're accurate.
- Rules always subject to change.

I want a custom based off another B/C pet, can I do that?
Only if you have permission to do so. Permission should generally be sought from the original colorist and shop owner or unless you own the pet. Otherwise, without permission, it is considered design theft, please don't do this in my shop.
What does it mean when it asks "Which Adult Stage"?
There are 2 different adult stage versions. Shown below:
Adults #1 Stages: Male Female
Adults #2 Stages: Male Female
** Choose "None" only if your custom will not ever reach adult stage or if it does not apply.
Why are the rules/faqs/prices here yet each colorist has their own thread too?
Some colorists have opted out of having control over their own slots, so to accomodate them, we're helping them out by managing their slots and also to have 1 central location for basic information about customs/bribes/pet trades.
Which colorists can do edits and which cannot?
If there's a * next to their Slots, then they can do all kinds of edits, heavy/cosplay and minor. If there's a + next to their Slots they can only do Minor Edits. If there is no indicator or if they do not say, then assume no edits are allowed.
Will you accept items as payment?

Package 1. - 12k Growing / 7k Perma
You may choose 2 colors and a Simple pattern. (Eye Color can be different than the other 2, that's it.) NO EDITS
Package 2. - 25k Growing / 15k Perma
You get to choose any colors/patterns you want and how the colorist should implement it. NO EDITS
Package 3. - 75k Growing / 50k Perma
You may get up to 2 accessories (Examples- jewelry, scarf) or 1 minor body edits (horns, tail, standard wings*) MINOR EDITS
