I would like to evolve Starlight Shadow! X3 Female beta version 1

And sorry, but I'd like to item her up, too! I'll be paying of course!
First off her hair style, which I would like to look like this, though without the strange little black feathers sticking out all over the place. Since you can't tell now long her hair is, I'd like it do go down to the small of her back. I'd like her hair to be black and her skin pale... though not quite as pale as Mana looks in this picture! @_@
Through her hair, probably between where the sudden frizz-out/poof of hair meets the rest of it I would like this ornamental chopsticks sticking out, but instead of the little frogs in the end I would like them to have the little dangles like in this chopstick, but colored to match the other ones better.
For her outfit I'd like her to be wearing this short, sleeveless cheongsam. HOMG! I'm mixing japanese and chinese~! XD!
On her arms these lovely arm bands and these lovely silver bangles on her wrists.
I'd like her to have touches of make-up on her eyes and lips as well. Nothing drastic, just a little accent of colors. X3 And once again I trust your judgement to change colors on any parts of the outfit to better suit Starlight's coloring better.

I didn't calculate how much that is, but I'm saying 20k. I know I never ask for lots and lots of items, but I also know that I always kill you with the details! However much this is, consider the rest a tip! XD!
