 ((xD Sorry it took so long. Dinner. :3))
A small figure maneuvered him way through the scattered shrubbery, poking his face out as if to make sure everything was safe and well in his "Territory". Truth was, Kavik was very sheltered by Iluq. Growing up thinking that her hut and the surrounding land was his and his alone. His neck strained to see the figures of the more crowded and bustling village up ahead, nothing like his little isolated home. Growling, he let out a loud shrieking yowl as one of the younger children stop to look and point at the pup. He grinned in a frightening manor as the toddler took off full speed, like some sort of serial killer was after her.
"Yeah! That's right! Run!"
His cross tone and small puppy teeth, barred out as far as Kavik could push his jaw, made for a unusual scene. He let out a loud huff, turning and padding off in the opposite direction to rest beside the entrance to the hut. "And don't come back..." he added to himself.

Miki giggled as she held a steak in her mouth. For once she was not giggling out of Joy but for the fact that she just stole a steak from a person. She just out runned them and now she was planing on running off and eating it.
She stoped on a mound of Snow and ploped down on it she slowly begain ripping at it and eating the warmer parts first.

From atop the small rounding hills, cradling the tiny hut Kavik felt in control. Surveying the area with large, venerable eyes that just made you want to hug him. He glanced back a few time, eyeing him master impatiently. Meat hung limp from a thin line, a few pieces practically falling off the line. Narrowed eyes, he growled and turned his gaze back to the grounds in front of there hut. Padding forward with careful paw steps, he nestled up in a mound of snow, softened by his masters feet constantly trampling over it. The off black color of a large fluffy mount caught Kaviks eye, and thus began the senseless barking. Master didn't seem to notice, even pointing his finger crossly at the pup, but Kavik bolted forward towards the outlined shape of a dog.

Miki let out a small grow as she watched a small green thing, walk toward her. Slowly she realized it was the outline of a pup, like her, however she did not want the chance of letting her food go. "Who are you?" She snapped as she looked up. Her hair was raised. She could be home with her master but she liked to spend her time wandering, like her master allowed.

Kavik's growl seemed to echo loudly as he trampled across the snow, his tail thrown high up in the air as he approached.
"Who am I? I'm Kavik. And your on my territory!"
He spat, a raised brow silently questioning why anyone would dare stand their ground. A tiny black nose raised high into the air, taking in long, deep sniffs. His nose seemed to lead him to the meat, obviously some sort of pride for this pup.
"You..You think I want your meat?"
He chortled, rolling playfully on his back as his sides heaved with laughter, but Kavik's eyes still narrowed on the intruder, a maniacal glint in his eyes.

Miki glared at the other pup and finished her meat.
"Even though I have a owner I am not one to beg food off of them like some little mutts."
Her normaly sweet voice was twisted into anger.
"That is no way to treat a lady, you have no respect."
She lifted a paw and poked him on the nose.
"I am Miki."
She sat back on her haunces and let out a slight snarl. Her hair was slightly standing up on end. She sorta wanted to just leave but yet she at the same time she wanted to stay.
"Does It look like I care that I'm on your territory?"

Kavik grinned cruelly, still lying lazily on his back.
"Beg? Oh no. I go on hunts with my master. And a lady? Not even a blind polar bear would respect you."
He flipped back over, trotting carelessly over to another clump of snow. He remained silent for a moment, glancing back once or twice at his master, who called out crossly at the dogs. She raised her hands in the air a few times, before shaking her head and disappearing. He yapped loudly, and her heads popped back out of the hut to stare at him, but, like before, she disappeared into the hut. His haunches shifted slightly as he fought to find a comfortable position. It wasn't very often someone stayed so long in his "territory", and it must have been the first time he was challenged.
" You are not like the cowards here, who hide behind their masters."
His gaze rested uneasily on the ground as he nodded politely, an awkward feeling pounding in his chest as he narrowed his eyes on a large rock off in the distance.

Miki felt like she has one for once.
"No, I'm pretty diffrent. I love my master yes, but she gives me the freedom that I want, but however when she needs me I know when to be their."
The little pup smiled and wagged her tail. She let out a small yawn and shook out her coat some and sat down.

Instinctively, Kavik let his fur lie flat. Something still made him twitch about having a strange dog on territory, but for now it seemed the possible sign of a fight had passed. Laying his head delicately on his paws, his jaws parted into a wide yawn.
"My master doesn't like me leaving the home. She needs protection from the rest of the village, or they might take her away."
He drifted into an uncomfortable silence, and a sharp stab of pain hit him at full force. He gathered he thoughts quickly, trying best to avoid any revealing questions about his master he continued.
"She...She isn't ill if that what you just assume. She is just..."
Kavik trailed off, the awkward feeling overwhelming him again.

Miki blinked but she would'nt asked. She sighed and joined laying flat out on her belly. She let out a small sigh and then yawned.
"sooooo..."
She smiled.
"Hows your life here?"
She asked happily and started wagging her tail.

Kavik burst into spontainious laughter, rolling onto his shaking belly.
"Your funny! Life with a masters what I was meant for! I could never complain."
He grinned, those big eyes seeping deep into Miki's fur. He scraped at the ground casually before continuing.
"Do you always sneak off like this? Getting into others dogs territorys?"
He sat puzzled for a moment, wondering if this pup was bluffing about having an owner.

Miki laughed. "I don't sneak off. My master knows where I am, and when she calls I will come running." She let out a small pup yawn. "I'm not afraid to go anywere and I come and go as a I please, but I am their when my master needs me." She shuffled her feet around on the snow covered ground.
