The Jedi temple is swathed in calming colors, and peaceful gardens and springs litter every corner and crevice to assist meditation and clear thoughts.
The temple itself is a two level building curved in around a lush courtyard. The upper level is rimmed with balconies and every room has a window to a light source. Even at night the light is inescapable, and those unaccustomed to the stars often require a few months to find complete peace.
The Courtyard:
The courtyard is a general meeting place for students and masters alike to speak their thoughts, socialize, and practice their force abilities. There is a corner of the courtyard preserved for meditation and quiet thinking, and in this area no speaking is allowed. Fortunately, the chunk of jungle is large enough to house both conversation and quiet in the same place.
The land itself is covered in brush and foliage, and flowers are blooming at all points in the year. There are stepping stones that lead from each of the four corners of the courtyard to a paved central area with a fountain and benches for seating.
The Upper Floor:
The upper floor of the Jedi temple is comprised of the dormatories. Each youngling or aprentice shares a room with another of his or her same gender. If there is an odd number of similar gender children, a solitary room may be used. Once an apprentice has passed his or her trials and become a knight, they are given the option of rooming alone.
Each room is quite simple, housing two beds, a window, a small pieces of furnature to house personal items. Between every two rooms there is a refresher, to which the students are invited to make use of.
Rooms are private space, and unless invited in to one other than your own, students are requested to be resepctful of other's area.
Lower Floor:
The lower floor of the temples, unlike the upper floor, is not at all private. It is filled with classrooms, training rooms, archives center, and meditation corners. It is here that each student learns the ways of the force, as well as how it can be used in both combat and non-combat situations.
