Welcome to the Bounty Board, the part of Legion of Living that is based on D&D Style.

First off, make up a story it can either be made up or real life. Tell what the person looks like, his or her attitude and of course what he is good in and what not. And we would love it if you have a picture of the character.

Second, I, and maybe some other crew who decide to do this, will decide your statistics and which and how many dice you get. Dice are rolled by the crew and they stay fair to keep you enjoyed. People "level" up with particular skills as they use them. So unlike D&D that when you kill alot of monsters you level up in general, we level you up in the skill you used.

Third, if you think the statistics does not fit your character please report to me or the crew (depends on who you registered to). We will change as you want it to be, hold on, nobody will begin with higher total skill or statistics, and theres no arguing that!

After these three steps you're ready for the bounty board!

To help some people on their way, I'll show which statistics and skills there is. and a few examples.

Info:
The statistics there are:
Strength -> important for melee weapon damage and which weapon you are able to handle properly.
Dexterity -> how agile you are and nimble, this defines how well you can dodge your attacks and a few other skills such as lock picking, and most of all it defines how well you can aim.
Wisdom -> how wise you are, know how to do damage to your foes this enhances your critical rate and persuasion and it plays a big role in healing/buff skill.
Intelligence -> how intelligent you are, this defines how well your offensive spells and skills are, and not to forget to know your foes and play with their minds, it also plays a role in buying stuff.
Charisma -> how attractive you are and how stimulating you are for the group if you have this high your foes will even be distracted, it is also plays a role in buying stuff (depends on traders sexuality).
Endurance-> how much blows you can take and if you have this higher you'll take less damage from your foes.


Primary skills Skills:
Melee weapon -> speaks for itself
Ranged weapon -> speaks for itself
Healing -> speaks for itself
Buffing -> enhance some of the skills of your group to push them over edge to win the battle.
Fire magic -> toss around with fireballs and turn woods into a big inferno.
Wind magic -> blow your foes into oblivion shooting them away with the wind miles away or change the wind direction to "fly" with the wind.
Water/ice magic -> change water into ice and ice into water make it rain with the sharpest ice ever seen or make foes immobile by trapping them in water.
Earth magic -> poisen your enemies and toss tons of big rocks at your enemies or even make a metoer fall from great height to make your opponent as thin as paper.
Black magic -> darkest of magics this will daze them or even make your dead enemies to rise to fight by your side, also raise your own group when they have fallen.

Secondary Skills:
Lock picking -> speaks for itself
Lore -> know the unknown
Barter -> get more for less when buying and selling
Hide -> speaks for itself
Move Silent -> speaks for itself
Concentration -> this will define if you can still cast your spell while your being hit
Spot -> speaks for itself
Listen -> speaks for itself
Tumble -> roll away from combat to keep your distance without getting hit.
Magic Device -> use magical items
Set Trap -> speaks for itself
Disable Trap -> speaks for itself

These are the skills that there are, depending on whether you're intelligent or agile the numbers change. If some skills are still unknown to you PM me and I'll fill you in with the detail what the skill means.

Samples: [These are all lvl 1]

Basic Statics:
Str:8 (-1) [you get 30 points to spend the points you spend increase
Dex:8 (-1) when you get +2 modifier so if you have 14 dex which is
Wis:8 (-1) +2 modifier each point then on will cost 2 so +3 will cost 3
Int:8 (-1) Please check this we are not perfect and may mistake]
Cha:8 (-1)
End:8 (-1)

Argar Gorbag, the Cyclops: Stupid but insane strong best with melee weaponry but sucks in weapons and still wonders what magic is all about and what it even means. Munches on trees and is amazingly fat. He is large and weighs about 400 pounds, not the kind of weight you want on top of you.

Total HP: 18 [defined by [[lvl x 9,5 + End modifier x 2 x lvl = HP]] hp is rounded to whole numbers 17,5 = 18]

Str: 20 (+4) [the (+4) is the bonus modifier, 10 is exactly 0]
Dex:10 (-1)
Wis:10 (0)
Int:6 (-2)
Cha:6 (-2)
End:18 (+4)

Melee: 30
Earth magic: 10 [unconciously he uses it to harden his weapon]
[Int also plays a role here in how many points you have here [[int modifier x 5 + 40, cannot go into minus points]] there is no max here]

Spot: 4 [the max S-skill for lvl 1 is 4 [[lvl+4=allowed skill points]] he's so stupid he lost 8 points. every - modifier in Int reduces S-skill points by 4]
[a level is achieved by getting 5 points total in the P-skill]


Eriale Lia-yua, The High Elven Priestess: Intelligent and Wise this woman has a slim figure but she has a bad sight that she lost in a war between her people from looking at all the people die. She understands the flow of magic. Not skilled with blade nor ranged she relies on her magic.

Total HP: 8 [because Eriale is fragile her end goes into minus when going into the minus a new formula plays [[lvl x 9,5 + end modifier x lvl = hp]] ]

Str: 8 (-1)
Dex: 13 (1+)
Wis: 16 (3+)
Int 17 (3+)
Cha: 16 (3+)
End: 6 (-2)

Healing:15
Buffing: 10
Fire magic: 10
Water/Ice magic: 10
Earth magic: 10
Wind magic: 10

Lore: 4
Listen: 4
Tumble: 4
Magic Device: 4
Hide: 4
Move Silent: 4

Spells availible:
Flare [throw a small ball of fire to set the opponent on fire [[lasts 0,25 rounds per fire magic level]] 2 damage per round. Victim can dodge by rolling higher [[[dex modifier + level dice roll against 16 DC]]] ]

Gust [knock the opponent down for 3 rounds, Victim can dodge by rolling higher [[dex modifier + level dice roll against 16 DC]]

Earth spike [do 6 damage to your foe, can't be dodged. can be resisted by spell resistance 16 or higher]

Illusion [make another you for 4 rounds which has 1 hp [[4+0.15 rounds per water/ice magic level]] ]

Healing [heal 4 points [[4+ 1 per healing level]] ]

Bless [+2 on attack rolls to your allies lasts 1 round [[1+0.5 per Buffing level]] ]


Eagor Da'vice, The Goblin Warlock: The small and little goblinoid Eagor was a member of dark sorcery. he got banned from his guild because he thought peace was a must. while he wants peace he relies on his dark magic to protect him when needed. he iss agile as he is small. He has a good eyesight but can sometimes be very noisy. Untalented with clubs he uses his sling to sling rocks to his foes.

Total Hp: 8

Str: 8 (-1)
Dex: 18 (+4)
Wis: 16 (+3)
Int: 16 (+3)
Cha: 8 (-1)

Spells Availible:

Darkest Embrace [engulves the caster with red flames that protect the caster from enemies that are trying to get close lasts 3 rounds [[3+0.25 per Dark Magic level]] cannot be resisted nor dodged and does 4 damage every round to everyone within 5 feet of the caster even allies

Leeching ray [shoot a ray of death that sucks up the life of the foe and returns to the caster to heal the caster does 4 damage [[4+0.10 damage per Dark Magic level]]. Can be dodged [[[dex modifier + level dice roll against 16 DC]]] ]

Human: +4 extra secondary skill points at start and gets one extra with every level
Elf: +2 Dex -2 End
Halfling: +2 Dex -2 Str
Dwarf: +2 End -2 Cha
Cyclops: +2 End +2 Str -2 Cha -2 Int [LP:1]
Half-Ogre: +2 Str -2 Int -2 Cha
Goblin: +4 Dex +2 Int -2 Str -4 End
Drow: +4 Int +2 Dex -2 End [LP:2]
Celestial: +4 Wis -2 End [LP:1]
Tiefling: +2 Wis +2 Str -2 Int -2 Cha
Vampire: +4 Dex +4 Str +2 Cha -2 End -2 Wis [LP:3]
Half-Vampire: +4 Dex +2 Cha -2 End -2 Wis [LP:1]

*LP = Leveling Penalty [the number of the LP is the number of levels of Primary skills you need to ger to level in general]

If you want a Race/Subrace added PM me.

Next to races there are curses and gifts these will increase LP by one and you can only choose one.
*vampires and half vampires cannot choose a curse or gift
Curses:

Undead: Immune to some dark magic
Vampire Curse: +2 Dex +2 Str +2 Cha -2 End -2 Wis
Possesed: +6 Str -4 Cha
Ghostly: Immune to neutral weaponry, takes 50% more damage from everything else

Gifts:

Light weight: +8 to Hide and Move Silent
Third eye: +12 Spot
Sixth Sense: Can sometimes see the future when resting.

Ah, commendable job, Catt. I'll make this an Announcement so it stays on the top of the subforum.

I hope this system continues to grow evolve. Feel free to post in the Announcements thread about the opening of the board. I'd do it, but I figure you should, as you did the work.
