overall, I like it, but I agree with DayRaven, the hair should be either black or red, but that style doesn't seem to match up well...
Also..if this is a Halloween avatar- how about a dark cape. I just needs a little something at the shoulders.. you are kind of bottom heavy with those pants and not so wide at the top..
