Some of you may have read about 'The Fall', or the 'Fallen'. I'll take some of your time to explain it. It will be written from the point of view of a few characters, primarily my character Arcus, and Jester's character Vaatra. Without further adieu:
As we can see it, and justify it, there were Seven of them in the first wave. Well, technically, there was one of them in the FIRST wave, and six shortly thereafter. He was first, the grand, the magnificent, the omnipotent Yahweh. You'd know him better as GOD. A misnomer. He is A god, he is not THE God. He popped out of the cochaostrum, (pronounced coe-CAY-oss-trum) a fully fledged angel, and started resisting it. He fought back with his body, and his soul, and the Illiaster that composed his body turned back the Chaos. Lo and behold, another was formed, from his efforts, and they fought it together. Soon there were seven of them, fighting, holding back against the chaos, when the Dark One, Satan himself, had an idea. He stopped resisting, and started making a wall. The wall stood, and his friend, the one they call Lucifer, rested against it. Satan saw this, and picked him up, and communicated, as only they can, that three more walls would protect them, and give them a place to rest. Lucifer went one way, and built up there, a wall, where Gabriel and Raphael were resisting. When it was built, he told them what satan was doing, and they rejoiced. Satan went the other way, to where Michael and belial were resisting. He built up there, a wall, and when they rested, he told them of what he was doing. They rejoiced, and went to where Yahweh was resisting. There the six of them met, and were awed at his strength. And while they rested, He faltered. A bolt of cochaostrum struck him, and he fell. In an instant, Raphael was at his side, pulling him beyond the Chaos' reach. Michael flew into action, cleaving the chaos with his will, and the other four worked on building that wall the strongest. They set about making their walls strong. In time, they rested. That is how the Seven came to be. ((Next installment the next chance I get.))

And so did the Seven rest for some time, until the ebb of Cochaostrum came like a high tide, and did break through the walls they had built. Were it not for Yahweh's wisdom that day, they all would have perished, for he did warn them of the event, and they were ready for the chaos when it came. Michael led the defense, being as strong as an ox. And as they fought, more Host did appear, and they were strong, and fought with the chaos alongside the seven. For a time too long to depict they did fight, and eventually, the chaos subsided enough for them to build barriers, and so they set about doing so. The space that they needed to support this many host was far greater than they had needed before, and so Yahweh did go about assigning specific areas to each of the seven. To the East, Lucifer oversaw deep green and flowing meadows. To the South, Satan took residence in a castle carved from the basalt cliffs there. To the West, Belial, who had been wounded in the fight, slept in deep and winding caverns. To the north, Gabriel resided in plains. And at the center, Raphael and Michael did defend Yahweh in his palace. After some time Yahweh was curious as to how many of his children there were, and so he called a council amongst the seven, and told them to count the host that resided in their areas. After some time, the council reconvened, and it was found that there were seventy. That is how the Arch-Angels came to be. As this story is concerned with the Fall, I must point out a few important characters, who had no small hand in making the Fall happen. In the Host of Arch-angels, two angels were born simultaneously, and as they were born, started fighting in such a way that they complemented each other to a point. The taller of the two was name Arcus, and he had no small facility for hand-to-hand combat. The other, shorter, but not by much, was called Vaatra, the originator of the ranged illiaster attack. ((All for now, sadly))
