I have finally decided to put a thread up telling the mods their limits.
1. You may send out a warning to guild members only after telling me why you are. You may only send warnings to the guild members and not eachother. If you have a problem with another mod, approach me first.
2. Try to keep up with the posts. Some of them may be for you.
3. You are not allowed to ban members without my permission. If you violate this rule, it is cause for your banning.
4. If you are a representitive, you are responsible for your religion. If you are a main rep., you are responsible for helping keep up on the guild. All of the other mods have no real responsibility in this topic.
5. If you are just a plain, ordinary mod in this guild, your main responsibility is to report to me if anyone is overstepping the rules.
6. You must obey the rules for the guild as well as these rules.

I didn't know mods could ban anyone.. Sorry I've not been as active lately, I'm trying to get my guild more active, which isn't easy!

windswept_fury I didn't know mods could ban anyone.. Sorry I've not been as active lately, I'm trying to get my guild more active, which isn't easy! It won't be. I am still trying to fill my guild up. It just takes a long time. Just don't expect much until you have been on for a while as a guild.

New rule.
7. NO LOCKING TOPICS WITHOUT PERMISSION.
Any doing so will give me the right to revoke your crew statis. There have only been 2 occasions that I know of. Unless it says for the mods, don't lock it.

We're moderaters, yes. We help keep the boards clean. Like forum police or something. xp <= Bad explanation.

I think he was saying why have moderators when they aren''t supposed to do more than what members should already do anyway... but that''s just what I get out of it. I don''t really have an opinion either way.

We have mods to help clean up and inforce the rules. Without the mods to help, I have to do everything. I asked them not to lock the topics because they locked topics that are for everyone to respond to.
