I have this friend....her name is Darlene...here's the problem:

One day I called up my friend,Briana, and she told me that Darlene had been saying some bad things about me.So I let Briana do a 3 way with Darlene, but not tell her I was on.Briana made some things up to see what Darlene thought about me.Here's the conversation:
Riinng
Riinng
Darlene picked up.
Darlene:Hello?
Briana:Hey Darlene. It's Briana.I just got off the phone with Laura(this is one of the only times I'll put my real name on here.)and she pissed me off.
Darlene:I get what you mean. She is SO rude and nosey.
Briana:I know.
Darlene:I mean, when I wanted to teach her magic so she could do spells, she just sat there, chatting away on the computer!I mean,I have to get to Athena! My kingdom in the other realm! And there she goes with that stuff saying it's witchcraft! It FARIYcraft! You know?I AM a christian! And she knows that.Isn't that enough?
Briana paused.
Briana:Well...
Darlene:Well,got to go.Bye.
Briana:Bye.
We all hung up.
I called Darlene last night. She told me that she was over it,but then I overheard her trying to do magic! What should I do?

Hi, Silverstripe!

Your post is a little confusing for me, but I take it that you are worried for your friend who is practicing fairycraft? Here is my advice:

First, I would spend some time in prayer and then seek counsel from somebody closer to the two of you (such as a pastor or perhaps parents).

Next, I would apologize to her for eavesdropping on her conversation. I know you have good intentions, but it's never a nice thing to do.
Quote:
Leviticus 19:11
Do not steal.
Do not lie.
Do not deceive one another.

Next, I would talk to her about what she's into. From your description, it sounded like a computer game, but maybe it is real sorcery. If that is the case, I would caution her with these verses:
Quote:
Leviticus 19:26
Do not eat any meat with the blood still in it.
Do not practice divination or sorcery.

Quote:
Acts 19:18-19
18 Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed their evil deeds. 19 A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas.

Remember the advice Jesus gave regarding sin in the Church:
Quote:
Matthew 18:15-17
15 "If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. 16 But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that 'every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.' 17 If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector.

I do not know how old you are, but this may mean asking your parents for advice before getting too involved. Also, keep in mind how we would really treat a pagan or tax collector today. We would love them.

Here's my last bit of advice:
Quote:
1 Peter 4:8
Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.

If you approach her at all without love, it will be a disaster. It may be a matter of loving her a praying for her more than anything. smile
