ยป So, I got kicked out of my dad's house, because I didn't want to help him move his stuff. Now I'm living with my mom, and not talking to my dad. But I still have to work with him. Yet we haven't spoken at work at all. Should I try to make amends, or do you think that I was partly in the right, and we should both take steps to apologize? This suxX.

Me and my mom get in fights all the time. I have learned that with parents, it isn't worth it to hold a grudge. They aren't going to be around forever, so sometimes you just have to bite your pride and apologize even if you know you were in the right.

If it were me, I would have helped, and you should have, I say. But you should both apologize and try to make it up. I've had bad experiences with my dad, but it works out eventually. He really shouldn't have gone as far as kicking you out, so you are both in the wrong. 3nodding
Anywho, I'll be moving soon. The house-buying process is almost complete, and I should be able to move in early next month. I'm pretty excited about it. 3nodding
