Definitely Gibbs. He cracks me up, and he still knows how to defend you, and kick anyone's butt who tries to interfere, physically, or technologically (meaning he gets Abby to hack their system xd ).

It would be a toss-up between Grissom and Mac.
...
But Grissom wins out of sheer genius and the fact that WP is a great actor. He's awfully good-looking too. But that has nothing to do with my choice... mrgreen

Grissom would be a cool leader, but i think im being biased. i haven't seen the other CSI shows except for one episode of Miami.
