It was another one of those perfect days at the tower of the Teen Titans North-by-Northeast, but not a movie perfect day. Today was the day they would go on their first real "mission". Owlgirl was the only person currently awake in the tower; she was busy working at her Robin spying device. She grinned devilishly, typing away, watching the monitors. Robin was just waking up at the Titans tower; he rubbed his eyes sleepily and ran a hand through his black locks. Owlgirl couldn’t help but laugh manically at the scene. “So lonely aren’t you? Why don’t you go home back to daddy?! HAHAhahaha!”
“What the hell are you laughing at?” Silver Falcon entered the room, hands on hips, one eyebrow cocked.
“Robin! And I’m laughing manically.”
Silver falcon sat down in the chair next to her. “Oh,hoho…” she laughed. “Looks like a little owl has been busy.” She looked keenly over at her friend.
“You know how I am.”
“Of course. But remember what we’re doing today.”
“To…day?” She scratched her head, her eyes not leaving the monitors. “You mean our little trip to the ocean?”
“OF COURSE!!!” Silver Falcon yelled, and to Owlgirl, it seemed like she shook the entire tower.
“Shh…you’ll wake up Sparrow!”
“OMG! WTF is going on down here!?” Sparrow, great sidekick of Owlgirl, waltzed in, sporting a Beast Boy shirt holding a matching BB plushie in hand.
“We’re…having a meeting.”
“Don’t you mean you’re watching Robin take a shower?”
“SERIOUSLY!?” Owlgirl spun her chair around so fast she almost flew off it. She looked at all the monitors but there was no shower scene to be had. “Sparrow?”
Silver Falcon was turned in her chair looking at the door, no empty. “She totally got you, Owl.”
Owlgirl rubbed a hand against her chin, “Well, would you look at that, looks like Speedy’s visiting and I think him and Robin are gonna do something dirty.”
“SERIOUSLY!?” Silver Falcon followed suit, and glanced at all the monitors but was also let down. She looked over at Owlgirl who was muffling a laugh with a gloved hand. “I can’t believe you.” She gave Owlgirl a pouty lip and sat up from the chair. “We’re leaving in an hour, so you better go get the others up.”
“Let Sparrow do it.”
Little did the leaders of Titans N-Ne know that Sparrow was already busy running through the tower to the others doors.
“DRAGON!” she yelled passing Cap’n Puddin’ Tater’s door. His body shot up rigid in bed. He cocked an eyebrow at the word, still wearing his domino mask. “Dragon?” He jumped out of bed completely clothed in his spandex superhero costume. “Dragon!” He ran out the door following Sparrow down the hall.
In the kitchen, Falcon and Owlgirl could hear the chaos. “Welp…that certainly got him up. We could have just left him.” Owlgirl said leaning on the counter.
“But it’s Puddin’ and besides when he sees anything dragon related, we’ll probably lose him anyway.”
Cap’n Puddin’ Tater sprang into the kitchen, perching himself on the counter. Owlgirl didn’t even bother looking at him when she spoke, “What are you doing?”
“retending to be a dragon.”
“That’s great. Now would you please get off the counter.”
“But it’s my perch.”
“Whatever. Eat you goddamn Bat-puffs.” She shoved a cereal box into his hands, and he opened it and began to eat right from the box. He paused, his hand still full of the puffy cereal.
“This cereal is dark and broody.”
“What is it, a big change from the Nightwing juices?”
“Big…almost too big.” The eye holes on his domino mask became small slits and he shoved more cereal in his mouth.
(my friend made this, she is so awesome!)
