Mintahy ZO-LedHead-SO Zoso22 Urgh... soulja boy... burning_eyes People at my school don't really wear band shirts. When they do, it's mostly Zep, the Who, and sometimes the Beatles or the Ramones, except there's this one amazing kid who has like the best taste in music EVER besides like ME, and he has some pretty damn awesome shirts, for instance: Sonic Youth, the Smiths, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, etc. I think, also, a lot of the people who wear the band shirts don't even really know the band, so I guess the shirts don't really count for anything, eh? xD -cough- AC/DC-cough-
Haha exactly! We have uniforms at our school, and when we have free dress days here and there, my friend and I try to find kids with AC/DC shirts, and run up and go, "FOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK..." And see what they do. xd I blame target... they sell all those Zep/Beatles/AC/DC shirts and guys are just like "hmm, what an interesting shirt, I think it may be for some band of some sort, which means if I wear it people will think that I am hardcore and awesome" and then they buy it... sigh. Same with the girls shirts, they had Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Rolling Stones and stuff and they're like "hmm, if I wear these band shirts, even if I have no idea who the band is and have no intention of finding out, which are interesting and unique, I can draw even more attention to myself than I already do by wearing absurd things like tutus and tube socks to school!" xp

There actually is a girl in one of my classes who wears ******** tutus. But she wears them with studded belts, so I guess that makes them hardcore tutus. AND THOSE ******** THICK SQUARE-RIMMED GLASSES, ******** THOSE THINGS TO HELL.

Oh lawd. Target. I buy a Beatles shirt from there every once in awhile, but hey, I actually listen to them- and they're my favorite band. xd
The other day I saw Pink Floyd shirts there. I was like, "Hell no."

Sharpen The Musical Ok so this one girl at my high school is a complete idiot.I was talking to my friend zack about the zeppelin reunion concert at london and she came over and started naming songs which she thought were songs by led zeppelin here are a couple. Freebird{Lynyrd Skynyrd},Another brick in the wall part 2{Pink Floyd},and Dream On{Aerosmith}So I obviously blew a fuse and then I asked my self what would Robert Plant do?So I slapped her.Im sorry guys I couldn't help it she deserved it Robert would have done the same right? What are some other options I could have done? Dude, even b4 i heard of zeppelin i knew those songs weren't the right band

I think these band t-shirts (LZ, the hermit, PF darksideofthemoon, Lynrd Skynrd) are becoming more of a fashion statement than a proclamation of love for the band itself. Like the Ramones shirts.
