Ah, boredom. Such sweet, sweet boredom, or, in Xianthe's case, not so sweet; there was nothing to do after all! Nobody around to hold a grudge against, or to blame for things, and, well, nothing that was all too entertaining, except perhaps to skip stones by the river, like she had been doing the time she met Kurogane.
Only, well, instead of skipping stones, the loli Nobody had taken to attempting to fish, despite her fear of water. Armed with her illusion-cats and a crudely made fishing pole that apparently had been stolen from...someone, Xianthe sat by the riverbank, trying to get a bite.
Really, though, she had to wonder: why couldn't the fish just hop right out of the water and make things easier for her?

A shadow fell across the pool from the opposite side as Dart lowered his head to drink, eyes closed. He hadn't noticed the dark-clad figure on the opposite shore and when he looked up, he blinked. It seemed people had taken to visiting the woods and, from the looks of it, they all liked water.
Shaking his head, he sat down to watch, wondering if his fellow had succeeded in catching any fish that day.
Of course, in gleaming red armor, he stood out fairly well against the greenery of the brush. The slice of his wings as they settled cut through the silence, alerting those nearby to his presence. Not shy but not forward either, Dart remained where he was and waited to be acknowledged.

Well, no, not really, no. Xianthe hated getting wet in any shape or form, shunning baths for the most part (there were other ways of keeping clean, in her opinion, that didn't involve water), and avoiding going out while it was raining. It just so happened to be that she was hungry and bored enough to actually attempt to hunt for fish the old-fashioned way.
In any case, the Nobody noticed Dart's presence soon enough, and found it fairly unwelcome, despite her boredom, as was per the norm. It was funny how she was, that way, wanting entertainment, but certainly not acceptant of uninvited guests. Frowning at the Red Eye Dragoon, the childlike illusionist readied a rock, just in case.
"What're you looking at?" she demanded, sounding as irritable as usual.

He tilted his head to the side as she readied her rock, frowning a little, "You. I was wondering you'd caught anything yet." He glanced down at the water, where her line met the pool's surface. "Am I not allowed to watch a fisherman at work?" There was a quiet confidence about him, neither perturbed nor intimidated by her less than welcoming greeting.

"That's none of your business," Xianthe huffed, not wanting to really let it known that she hadn't, indeed, caught anything yet. She wouldn't be here if she had, after all, because she'd be full, right?
The Nobody stared at Dart, scowling, not setting down the rock. "I dunno, you tell me," the girl told him, "Why do you wanna watch me anyways? I some kinda entertainment?"
