i went out to see dragon wars and let me tell you, save yourself 5 bucks to spend on supplies for molatov cocktails. it was awful. it had some pretty cgi, but other than that it was terrible, the acting sucked, the plot sucked, the only dragon in the entire movie didnt even appear till like 5 minutes before the end of the movie and he didnt even have a name. the story could have been good, it was based off some korean mythology about giant snakes called imuugi that were given the gift of accention into dragons if they earned it, and a warrier who was reancarnated to protect the power. but they screwed up...bad. i dont beleive in bad scripts, only bad directors. and whoever directed this should be hurt. perhaps by one of the giant snakes he so poorly brought to life.

Urgh, I agree with almost everything that you said, although I think that the dialogue was pretty poor, too. So I would say that both the script/writing was bad as well as the acting on that part. I thought the warrior dude was kinda cute, but really that was about the most positive thing in the whole movie. And I wasn't overly impressed with the CGI, i thought it looked fake, but we've had this argument already and I agree to disagree with you.
And can I ask this: What the hell was with the victorian gown at the end???
