Ok i just need help on put in a background! he suppose to be a on a wooden desk on a ship, night time so there would be fire lamps. (story of his birth is suppose to be over 500 years ago.)

but i dont know how to put the wood desk in or make it the his is on one! once done the whole picture will be hued for it all natural!

How to CG wood:
with a large brush set in a brownish reddish tone.
New layer. 1 pixel brush set to a shade of yellow, thin lines. duplicate layer X2, blur and set to multiply one of them, set the other to hard light. Adjust as necessary.

The finished one looks amazing. The only thing that bothers me a bit is if it is lit by candlelight then everything should have more of an orange/yellow glow to it. Do you know what I mean? even if you open it in a photo editing program (like photoshop or paint shop pro) and adjust the colours a slight bit it could look better =)
But the drawing looks great =D I can't do dragons for the life of me!
