Defense Against the Dark Arts ~ 6th &7th years~

Raina walked into the classroom shortly before lunch and set a small, portable cauldron on top of her desk. She then lit a magical fire below the cauldron, to boil the water with in it.

Belle gloomily walked into the classroom, as much as she wanted to take this class, she was not thrilled about the idea of haveing Raina Black as her teacher again.

"I'm Glad to see that you were both able to make it" Raina Said, smiling at her two 7th year students. "This year, you will be learning about Dark Potions, and the proper ways of contering them" she said and she moved around to the front of her desk, so that she was between the cauldron and her students. "Today we will start with a simple Luck Serum" she said stepping aside and gesturing to the cauldron next to her. She dropped a disgusting jar of greenish grey pudding like stuff into the cauldron, causing smoke to Roll up from it, and a not so pleasant smell to eminate from it.

"I'm glad to see you could join us Miss Rae." she said, and as she had all week, she refused to take away any house points for tardiness, since it was the first week of the new school year. "We'll continue when you think you are ready" she said sweetly. It was becoming difficult for her to keep smiling at students that previously she had not exactly gotten along with.
