hi everyone. i came up with a pretty intense jutsu and i was hoping you guys could help me decide wether or not its fair.
grand vampiric drain

to learn grand vampiric drain you must already know vampiric kiss.
grand vampiric drain is a last resort jutsu. it suck all of the chackra out of every available source nearby. all the chackra absorbed is added to the totall amount that the user has. but the such a vast amount of chackra cannot be held in by only one body. after all the chackra has been absobed the user becomes pale skinned, white eyed, and very muscular. in my characters case his fangs get longer and he looks even more like a vampire. if the user does not immediatly get rid of any chackra he has bove his normal maximum then he faces 1 of 2 below consequences, decided by the result of a d100 roll.
1-50 on the d100 roll- the user of this jutsu dies instantly and his chackra explodes, generally destroying the surronding area.
51-100 on the d100 roll- the user stays in the out of controll form and can attempt to do one of the following things.
A. the user can attempt to seal himself (or be sealed) inside someones body.
B. the user can stay in that form and wander the earth destroying things uncontrollably
C. the user can again attempt to get rid of the excess chackra and restart the cycle.
[edit] if you decide to take the road of getting rid of the excess chackra, you instantly fall unconsius. anyone who has fallen unconsiouces in this way can only be woken up by 1 of 3 things.
1. a high level medical jutsu can be used to heal him
2. the user can be woken up if he is the target of a vampiric kiss jutsu
3. the user can be awoken if another soul is sealed inside his body. if this method is used, the soul sealed inside him instantly takes controll. (its more like being sealed withing your own body)
(does that help the fairness a little?)

This jutsu sounds fair enough to me.... I see a few flaws though, like, how the user will wander around destroying things uncontrollably, there has to be a limit to this, and after that happens, what consiquenses come from user that jutsu? (Sorry forgot how to spell that word XD) also, if you seal yourself inside someone, you just can't seal yourself inside the person, 1, that would mean that you would have to share users with him, 2 he could be a demon, which would be.... doubling his strength? 'Cause it's Demon + Vampire strength... which isn't very fair for any of us. I rate this a 6/10 due to the possible flaws, overall, an OK jutsu. Like the part where you die, lol that means you have to make a new person. X]

well he would still be controlled by the same person, he would just be tossing jutsu around tearing down trees and stuff. and the consequence of this position is the fact that he can no longer participate in missions and what not, and he's hunted by everyone. and to be sealed inside the person is the equivlant of death. he becomes a source of chackra for the one he was sealed inside. but i hadn't thought about him being sealed with a demon...
the death part should help the fairness some. there is a 50/50 chance you die.
and in retrospect, the entire issue of the chance of death and what not can be totally avoided if the user gets rid of the excess chackra right away. which would be relativly easy for one who knows S-rank jutsu (ex. 4 S-ranks = -600 chackra)

It's not as far fetched as my idea for pressure points. I got into this one old anime, Fist of the North Star where the main character uses the energy system like Juuken, but takes it to a whole new level, like there is supposed to be an energy point in your forehead which regulates blood control of your body. If struck upon, the victims head explodes due to the increase of blood flooding into the head. There is even a pressure point in the lower spine that controls walking, so if struck upon you can force a person to walk forward or even backwards against their will, like if they are at a building's edge. I'd say the only weakness against pressure points is that it's all close range, unless you can 'shoot'.
I agree with Takumi about option B. I just don't see that happening. When I picture that, I can see a very powerful warrior cells are being eradicated within each passing minute.

well it is just an option. and he still only has so much chackra (granted about 4x as much as normal ninja but still only so much.) and you still have the 50% risk of death to think about. and the whole problem can still be avoided by getting rid of the excess chackra.

Well speed and quantity are both variables, if you can only relinquish chakra at the SPEED of a normal shinobi, then you may still experience some internal damage. Are you understanding what I'm trying to say?

i guess. but this is a kage level jutsu. and the last time i checked, kages are more skilled than normal shinobi (dont mean to be offensive)

It's quite allright, I understand. I see where you are going with this. Well, can your body handle the constant flux of chakra? That is something a kage wouldn't really do.
