Patron Abilities
After passing your Patron's & Akatsuki Leader's initiation you have access to one your Patron's Basic Abilities. After successfully capturing your first Biju for your Patron you will gain access to their Advanced Abilities.

You may only have two of the four abilities per shinobi.


Basic Abilities
Paper Shurikens
Konan has taught you how to create paper shurikens out of a special brand of chakra paper that she has given you. Once activated, these shurikens are used in place of normal shurikens and operate under the same "unlimited" ruleset.
Cost: 5 Chakra, 5 Stamina
Damage Type: Physical, Lethal
Damage: 3 Damage(Thrown) per Shuriken (Max Hit = 3)


Paper Weapons
Konan has taught you how to create one weapon out of a special brand of chakra paper that she has given you. The benefits of this are this weapon does not take up any "carrying space" like a normal weapon as you simply pull out the paper and it will form.
Cost: 5 Chakra, 5 Stamina
Bonus: May pick one kind of weapon (See "Tools of the Shinobi" Databook) and the paper will effectively function with that damage/modifications.


Advanced Abilities
Shoten no Jutsu "Shapeshifting Technique" (S-Class, Ninjutsu, Special)
This jutsu is used to perfectly clone a willing target by sacrificing another person. To perform the jutsu, the intended target must give up a fair portion of their chakra to create the duplicate (in its debut, the leader asked for thirty percent), after which the sacrificial body morphs into an exact clone of the target. The target is so perfectly cloned that every aspect of them will be copied, even kekkei genkai and weapons the target is carrying.
The clone's abilities are proportionate to, and limited by, the amount of chakra given to it by the original. This makes the clone unable to use techniques that require large amounts of chakra to perform. The clone can either act autonomously or be controlled by the original. Once the sacrificial body dies, the Shapeshifting Technique will end and the person used will be revealed.

Konan has taught you how to create a pair of paper wings for your personal use. They appearance will be either "Angelic" or "Demonic" in appearance to keep up your role as "God's Angel".
Cost: 20 Chakra, 5 Stamina
Bonus: Allows you to move up to 4 areas per turn in combat, flight and +2 Defense while active

KageKami no Jutsu(Shadow Paper Skill) [B-Class, Ninjutsu, Supplementary, Earth]
Unlike the regular bunshin no jutsu, Kage bunshin creates real clones, not just illusions. The power and chakra of the user is evenly distributed among the clones depending how many there are. This makes it impossible to decipher which is the real body. This clone can also attack. If this clone recieves a direct hit, it will disappear. This is treated as a forbidden jutsu but many advanced shinobi still know it. It is mainly a jounin level technique. The users chakra is divided up amongst the clone copies they create.

Character Description: Katsumi has bright blue hair with black highlights dyed into it that falls down to her shoulders. Her complexion is rather gothic, with her pale skin and black lipstick and eyeliner. She has dark blue eyes that feel like your gazing into the depths of a calm, still lake. Underneath her Akatsuki cloak is an all mesh outfit with no "uniform" over it. She has ninja-wraps covering her legs and arms, and a pair of standard ninja boots. Her forehead protector emblem isn't on a piece of cloth on her head, instead she wears a black choker that is around her neck.
