The heavily pregnant mare paces around in the clearance where she promised her mate that she will be, waiting for him to return with something or with his sister. Tic chews on her lower lip in worried manner as she scans the clear blue skies for a familiar red parrot but there is no hint of him.. Frosta have hinted that Zaribe will be back with a pleasant surprise for her. She knows that the babies want to get out of her womb but she doesn't want to give birth alone.. and she want her mate to be there to share this with her. "Zaribe.. please return to me.. I do not want to do this alone." She calls out to the skies as her eyes wells up with frustrated tears. The hormones is wrecking havoc on her body and emotions.. she will get into crying jags at the weird or random times.
Tic decided to lie down and rest since she knows that she need to rest alot because its not good for her to be on her legs alot. She rests her head on the ground and closes her eyes with a sigh.

It felt strange saying goodbyes to herdmates he'd learn to like and wonder about. But, the parrot Soquili had left his heart somewhere, and she was waiting for any word. Nodding to the elder his eyes of soft brown scanned the now formed herd. Shaylee of course was there along with Arwen and Kairi. Many others had also showed up to wish the great scarlet farewell. Then with swift kick from the ground, along with basket in tow, the stallion set off for the skies.

Each wingbeat was a murmur of his heart, a frantic longing to be by her side. It had been days since he made his promise, a present he'd seek for her approval. Now, it possibly seemed frivolous to learn something he already knew, but in doing do he became stronger. Knowing that his heart, his love in body and spirit was what she'd find perfect, then he'd feel more at ease returning. Still the basket was a lovely addition, with so many things from friends near and dear. He was certain to make her squeal and giggle in delight. That's what he sought as his wings carried him closer. As each cloud passed by with a wispy coolness, he felt his strength growing. His legs pushing him as if dancing on air, scarlet, gold and blue shimmered as the sun touched upon them.
A beckoning to soothe the one that waited. A love that was deep and binding.
Swirling through the masses of clouds he saw the two-legger's dwelling, and the trees that grew so tall. Throwing his head back he pushed even further feeling his heart race as his wings beat frantically.
Nearly there, just a bit more.
Descending toward the ground he soared like a bird, his tail streaming behind him. A scarlet figure landing with sheer beauty and grace. Stepping forward he snorted looking around.
Where was she?
Finding a tall flat rock he placed the basket neatly in place, so it wouldn't fall. Then he shook his great neck and pawed the ground. His coat gleamed with the symbol shining for all to see. Each feather upon his wings were pristine and unbroken. Not even a sign of dirt was found anywhere upon that deep red coat. He was absolutely perfect, not to mention he smelled nice as well. Zaribe chuckled realizing while he slept he must of been pampered by Tirrana.
Tic? Tic Where are you?
Not seeing his shining love he snorted flicking his tail. Grinning he threw his head back as a deep rumble escaped from his chest. A stallion's call haunting and melodic rang outward so anything could hear him. A joyous calling of love that he desired so much his heart would weep.
"Tic Tac Toe! My Sunny Rainbow I've returned as I promised. And I Looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove Yoooooooooooooooou!"
He then quieted and waited for her to come bounding out of the trees or bushes. Soon he'd wrap his wings around her and being in his right full place once more.
Back in her heart where he belonged.
