In the year 2025, Earth was at peace. Any rebellion was crushed by the SRC's (Super Robotics Company) cyborg ZX soldiers......until one of them rebelled. It's best assassin, the ZX-15 Bloodlust had completely massacred the entire South American facility, and got the others to rebel too...... Now, in the present, the robots have reached the U.S., and are closing in on the unaware nearby city of Pheonix, Arizona. They then created a virus given to all robots with Bloodlust, that will automatically be turned toward their side when infected.
Washinton has been alerted, and has sent it's own Robotic force to destroy the threat, robots with a differently built CPU that cannot be turned by Bloodlust.......
