Well yeah... i live in pottstown (near Philly) and on weekend nights i dont have a f'in thing to do, and i dont fell like waisting my time going to the Philly "street races" so im wounder what you do on weekends, and/or is there any places where kids with nice cars hang out....

Do some urban exploring. Check out Pennhurst. Any abandoned buildings of significance in your area? Go there. Check out cemeteries. Go up South Street.

There's a beach. There's the movies, and there's the mall. That's about it. If you have money, then you can go to the indoor water park for a day, but that's usually never.

Lol Fridays i go to a TST (tristatetuners.com) car meet in Exton, then on saturday i go to a TST meet in Limerick at the sonic at 11 AM LOL.
the rest of the time im bored as hell, anyone wanna meet up one day?
