..I'm worried>. my period hasn't really come in three..or ..I think maybe two months, when it did come it lasted two days at most, it used to be very heavy...
..I havn't been eating a whole lot..I mean I have, but not as much as I use to, I never skip meals or anything..but I've recently become a vegetarian in a non-vegatarian household so it's kind of hard getting all the right stuff to eat .. I was wondering though if your food intake (as long as your not anorexic) would affect your period... I know if you're anorexic it definitly would but I am.. a..I guess at a healthy weight..so I don't know what's going on.. I just realized this is in the wrong forum but I'm putting it here anyway 'cause I have to go heart

Yes, diet and weight can have an impact on a girl's period, even if she is not technically anorexic. Stress, medications, and other factors can have an influence on periods as well.
It's also possible that you just have an irregular period. Many women are irregular for no particular reason, especially in their teens.
You can see an ob-gyn about it just to make sure nothing serious is going on though.
It's very important that you eat right. Just because your family is not vegetarian does not mean that you have to go without a proper diet. If you can drive, ask your parents for a little money to do your own food shopping. If you don't drive, ask if you can go with them to pick out a few things of your own or make a list for them. There is no reason why you would have to deal with malnutrition just because you have a different diet than they do.

we can't really afford that stuff, most of it, and I don't have a job or a car.

Can't afford what stuff, meatless food or an ob-gyn? Neither one requires much money.
You can see an ob-gyn for little or no money by going to Family Planning or Planned Parenthood.
You can also have a meatless diet at a low cost. You can get things like peanut butter, bread, yogurt, bananas, rice, spaghetti, etc. for very little money.
