He is Kira yes but if his Death Note got taken way from him by Ryuk his memory could have been erased of ever having the Death Note surprised
So that means that he will plead he isn't and all until Ryuk gives back his Death Note. Poor Kira.

How do we know that everyone here isn't Kira, there are multiple Kira, Raito, Misa and anyone else who was in Raito's plan to rid the wrold of evil. twisted
