Boy am I glad that this week is over >.>
Stupid band directors,
they're ruining band for me...
So tues. night, when we had practice, they told us that they were going to pull some people out...
My and my friend, Alicia, have been in high school band since 8th grade. We're some of the best marchers and players.
BUT...that night he pulled US out of the show because we have "tried" to play off our music even though we have no time during luch because of UIL events and every time we came after school they were like "Well we don't have TIME to listen to you."
How much BS it that.
4 years of marching and this is what we get: a failing grade because WE can't play off our music because THEY won't let us...
D<
And then Thursday during band he comes up the us and tells us that we're going to march in the tubas spots Firday-both of them are football players-
So last night we just made fools out of ourselves because we had a mear 30mins to learn the ENTIRE show...

oh man, i'm sorry.
i hear band stories all the time because one of my friends is in the marching band here. that must be hard trying to learn the show in only 30 minutes!

it was a good thing, though, that the other band was really, really, really, really, bad
XD
and probably not Raccoon,
I mean he keeps going on and on about how none of us are working hard enough so we're going to get a 2 at contest,
but our show is SO retarted and the music is westerns
